The goal of the program is to foster the growth of local NVC communities and offer more ease for community members who want access to more in-depth training. The program also aims to support BayNVC's sustainability and to provide avenues for work and contribution to more NVC trainers. This programs aims to support in priority areas where there's no or not much NVC trainers available.  The program can be brought to communities where there are some trainers; in this case, the BNC program could be presented jointly with the local trainer.
