It was a "living" of NVC, a "living" of empathy, a deep connection with feelings and needs

- Clear handouts, verbal instructions. Consistently calm, kind clarifications, guidelines, suggestions. Accurate, concise reflections showed connecting understanding, sincerity, compassion, authenticity.
